ROIthink is a CRM for service businesses — contacts, appointments, conversations, invoices and automations, on the web and in your pocket. If something is not working, or you are not sure how something works, write to us. A person answers.

Email support@roithink.com. We answer every message, in English or Spanish, normally within one business day.
To help us help you faster, tell us the email address you sign in with, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Signing in
Sign in at crm.roithink.com/login with your email and password, or with Google or Apple. The mobile app uses the same account as the web app — there is nothing separate to create.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then write to us.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account, or email support@roithink.com from the address on the account. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal data; we complete email requests within 30 days.
